Nevado del Ruiz and Aguas Calientes

Departure from the hotel to Nevado del Ruíz with acclimatization stop and breakfast. Entrance to the Nevado del Ruiz knowing a great volcanic complex from the sector of Brisas where technical stops will be made at sites such as Aguacerales, Valle Lunar and Valle de las Tumbas. After lunch we will have the entrance to the thermal water pool.

RESTRICTIONS

Admission is prohibited for people over 69 years old and under 5 years old, people of any age with heart failure, diabetes, people with kidney disease.

Avoid visiting the park if you are sick, sleepy or hungover, or if you are not in adequate physical condition, acclimatized or adapted to the altitude (the average altitude of the protected area is above 3,500 meters above sea level). Avoid visiting the mountain if you have a history of acute mountain sickness or consult your doctor.

Fantastic Murillo

Murillo is the highest municipal seat in the department of Tolima (3000 masl), from where you can see the Nevado del Ruiz. Distinguished for its architecture of high tables, it has beautiful landscapes of high páramo and hot springs (La Cabaña hot springs, with its superficial colored vegetation).

Murillo is located at a distance of 86 km from Manizales.
